The company was founded in Malatya City (Turkey) entitled as “ÖZOĞUZ CONSTRUCTION Ind. Trd. Co. Mahmut Oguz and Son Corporation” on 1986.

In its early stages, the company conducted bodywork constructions of Malatya Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports for Malatya Municipality and Police Headquarters. Later on, the company attended in various infra-structure / superstructure related-public procurements as prime contractor and successfully completed construction activities for numerous governmental bodies and public authorities in different provinces of Turkey.
